If your access is linked to a deanery, academy, NHS organisation or other training body, authorised programme staff may receive aggregate or identifiable educational information for programme administration, teaching and learner support.

This may include identity and programme membership, learning activity and progress, scores and topic-level performance, and more detailed response or timing information where reasonably needed for teaching or support. Reporting is limited to authorised staff for the relevant cohort and reporting period.

Protected question-bank content is not supplied as part of ordinary learner-progress reporting. The Physics Bank does not itself make formal training-progression, employment, disciplinary or fitness-to-practise decisions.

We generally rely on legitimate interests for this processing. A sponsoring organisation is responsible for its own lawful basis and any additional transparency required for its use. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us.

Payment information is handled by a third-party payment service. For UK purchases,BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED is the seller. For some international purchases, the payment service may act as merchant of record; the checkout identifies the applicable merchant and final amount before payment.

We do not receive your full card number or security code. We retain only the transaction, country, access and refund information needed to administer the purchase and meet legal obligations.

We use anonymous daily totals of public page visits, broad referral categories and a few page interactions solely to improve the website. Counts are accumulated immediately without visitor or session IDs, advertising IDs, campaign parameters, full URLs or individual browsing records. These statistics are not linked to accounts, surveys, signups or purchases and are not used for advertising measurement.

Site statistics run automatically unless you turn them off using the public site statistics control or Settings. No sign-in is needed to object. Only this browser preference is remembered. Daily totals are kept for up to a year, with older totals removed on the next measurement request. Hosting and database providers process requests on our behalf; ordinary infrastructure and security logs are separate from these counters. We do not add IP addresses, user agents or identifiers to the statistics. Earlier consented attribution records remain restricted under the existing retention policy; new individual attribution collection has stopped.

Separately, you may voluntarily tell us your training region or country, exam sitting, revision resources and experience. We use these responses to improve the service and understand candidate needs. Geographic reports suppress small groups.

Written feedback stays private unless you separately authorise a specific quotation and attribution. Any quotation is reviewed before use. A separate unticked choice lets you request one email after your results to ask how you got on and offer discounted access or an extension if you need to resit. This does not enrol you in newsletters. Withdraw either permission in Settings. Existing email suppression continues to apply. Voluntary examination outcomes are private and do not grant permission to publish a pass claim.

We send service messages needed for account access, support and purchases. We may also send occasional information about The Physics Bank where permitted by law. You can opt out of non-essential marketing at any time.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your information, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.
