Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for fixed-term Physics Bank access. Nothing in it limits your statutory rights.
One-off fixed-term access
Each 1, 3 or 6 month pass is bought with one payment. Access starts when Stripe confirms payment, expires automatically after the selected calendar-month term and does not renew automatically.
Immediate supply and cancellation
The product combines online question content with interactive study features. Access is designed to begin immediately. Stripe checkout therefore asks you to make an express request for immediate access and acknowledge the stated effect on a 14-day cancellation right before payment can be completed.
Whether the legal rules for digital content, services or a mixed supply apply can affect the precise cancellation outcome. We will not treat the checkout acknowledgement as removing rights that the law does not permit us to remove.
When a refund or other remedy may be due
- A payment was duplicated or taken without a corresponding access grant.
- We did not provide the paid access as agreed.
- The content or service was materially misdescribed.
- A material fault prevents reasonable use and is not corrected within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience.
- We end paid access for a reason not caused by your breach.
- A refund, repeat performance, price reduction or other remedy is required by law.
How to request help
Email belmar.radiology@gmail.com with your account email, payment reference, purchase date and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.
We will investigate within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method and in the currency charged by Stripe, subject to payment-provider processing times. Exchange-rate differences or separate issuer charges may affect the amount shown by your payment provider.
