The Physics Bank
Terms of Use and Sale
Effective 19 July 2026 | Version 1.1
These terms apply when you create an account, use the free trial or buy fixed-term access to The Physics Bank. They do not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
Who we are
The Physics Bank is a trading name of BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17047911. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. Contact us at belmar.radiology@gmail.com.
The product
The Physics Bank supplies online examination-preparation questions, explanations, practice sessions, mocks, saved progress, bookmarks and revision tools. Free trial content may be used without an account. Paid features require an account and an active access pass.
Paid access is sold as a one-off fixed term of 1, 3 or 6 calendar months. Access begins when Stripe confirms payment and ends automatically at the recorded expiry time. It does not renew automatically.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your password secure.
- Your account and access pass are personal, non-transferable and for your own use.
- Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has accessed your account.
- Do not enter identifiable patient information into the platform or support forms.
Permitted use and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for your personal examination preparation during the applicable trial or access period. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
Do not share or sell an account; scrape, systematically screenshot, record or bulk copy content; republish questions or explanations; create a competing dataset; or bypass access controls. Limited personal notes made as part of genuine study are permitted.
Ordering, seller and payment
Before checkout you must select and confirm your usual country of residence. The server uses that declaration to select the payment route; the browser cannot choose or override the route.
For a UK-resident purchase, BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED is the seller and Stripe processes the payment on our behalf. The checkout uses the stated one-off GBP price.
For a non-UK purchase routed through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe/Link acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Stripe/Link handles the payment, applicable transaction taxes, payment presentation and transaction receipt. The Physics Bank remains responsible for providing the purchased access and supporting the learning service.
Stripe identifies the applicable route and final amount before the final payment action. We receive the country and transaction evidence needed to match a paid purchase to your account and activate access, but we do not receive your full card number.
Cancellation and refunds
Access is designed to begin immediately after payment confirmation. At checkout you are asked to request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this may have on a statutory cancellation right. The legal treatment may differ depending on whether the purchase is classed as digital content, a service or a mixed supply.
The checkout acknowledgement does not remove rights where content or service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request help and preserves all applicable statutory rights.
Content quality and corrections
Questions are maintained through a structured, iterative editorial process incorporating source-controlled verification, targeted human review and ongoing correction. This process reduces risk but cannot promise that every item will always be complete or error-free.
You can use the Report an issue control within a practice question or email us. We may correct, update, withdraw or replace content where reasonably necessary. A report does not change a saved score unless we decide that a correction requires further action.
Independent educational resource
The Physics Bank is an independent examination-preparation resource provided by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Royal College of Radiologists. Content is provided for educational purposes and is not a substitute for clinical judgement, current official guidance, local policy or professional advice. Examination success is not guaranteed. Suspected content errors can be reported to us for review.
Availability and reasonable changes
We will use reasonable care and skill in providing the platform. We may make proportionate changes for correction, security, maintenance or improvement, and may remove individual questions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a material fault prevents reasonable use, contact us so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, serious misuse, a material breach of these terms or legal compliance. We will give notice where appropriate unless urgent action is required. If we end paid access for a reason not caused by your breach, we will provide any proportionate refund or other remedy required by law.
Complaints
Email belmar.radiology@gmail.com with your account email, a clear description and any relevant payment or question reference. We will acknowledge and investigate complaints within a reasonable time.
Liability and statutory rights
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. The platform is supplied for personal examination preparation, so we are not responsible for business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
International purchases
International availability depends on Stripe Managed Payments support, payment-method eligibility and applicable law. You must accurately declare your usual country of residence and provide an accurate billing address. A standard UK route is rejected if Stripe collects a non-UK billing country.
For a Managed Payments transaction, Stripe/Link determines and displays the final transaction amount, currency and applicable transaction tax. Your card issuer or payment provider may separately apply its own charges. An order may be declined or refunded where providing access would breach law or payment-provider requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply under the law of your home jurisdiction.
