Terms of Use and Sale

The Physics Bank provides online FRCR Physics examination-preparation content and study tools. Some features are free; other features require an account and an active entitlement.

Access may be purchased individually, provided through a training programme or complimentary arrangement, or granted through another authorised route. Individual paid plans are one-off fixed terms shown before checkout and do not renew automatically.

The Completion Promise applies only where the paid plan is expressly described as including it at purchase. It is an access-extension promise, not a pass guarantee, refund or cash-back scheme.

To qualify, all of the following must apply:

• you achieve at least 95% published-bank coverage before the relevant sitting;
• you sit that FRCR Physics examination and do not pass;
• you provide official result evidence within 30 days of the result.

Coverage is based on unique current published statements answered at least once. Repeating a statement does not increase completion. We will apply the calculation reasonably if the published bank changes close to the examination.

An approved claim extends the same account through the following equivalent FRCR Physics sitting at no additional charge. The Promise is personal, can be used once for the qualifying purchase and has no cash alternative.

• Provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
• Your account and individual entitlement are personal and non-transferable.
• Do not enter identifiable patient information into the platform or support forms.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for personal examination preparation during your access period. Do not share or sell access; scrape, systematically record or bulk-copy content; republish questions or explanations; create a competing dataset; or bypass access controls.

You must provide accurate country and billing information at checkout. For UK purchases, BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED is the seller. For some international purchases, the payment provider may act as merchant of record. The checkout identifies the applicable merchant, currency, tax and final amount before payment.

We receive only the transaction and country information needed to match the purchase to your account and activate access. We do not receive your full card number.

Access is designed to begin immediately after payment confirmation. At checkout you are asked to request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect this may have on a statutory cancellation right.

Content is maintained through an iterative quality-assurance process and may be corrected, updated, withdrawn or replaced. Errors or reasonable differences in interpretation may occur.

The Physics Bank is an independent examination-preparation resource provided byBELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Royal College of Radiologists. Content is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for clinical judgement, current official guidance, local policy or professional advice. Examination success is not guaranteed.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. The platform is supplied for personal examination preparation, so we are not responsible for business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
